Your account will be credited that very same day – even on the day the policy is due – ensuring your policy does not lapse and you keep your policy active with the peace of mind that you are well insured.
Over the phone
If you’d like to make a payment over the phone, please call your insurance carrier directly. Their phone number is located on your insurance policy.One of the Faith Shield Insurance’s Customer Service Team Representative is unable to process payments for individual carriers.
Online
Many of our insurance carriers offer online payment services so there is no need to write checks, lick stamps or find a mailbox. Review your policy documents for the web address where you can make payments online, or call us we can guide how you can do it.
By mail
